    Time in Program Badge Not showing


    Can anyone tell me if time in program will reflect on my xbox badge that has a number? Rn i have a 5 year badge but on xbox insider it says i’ve been part of the program for 7 years and 11 months. So if anyone could tell me if that badge is supposed to be 7 and can get it to reflect that’d be great.

    It's a Ambassador badge to show if an account is a member of the Xbox Ambassador program.

    XboxLive Gold badges

    The only badges you can get are a number which would be the amount of years you have had an active xbox live gold/game pass ultimate subscription or the ambassador badge which shows your ambassador level if you are in the program.

    A small few have the MPV badge but the MPV program has finished now so there's no way to get that.

    Any other badges are for certain Xbox employees only.

    How can Earn a Microsoft Profile Badge on my Xbox Account?

    If you are talking about the badges that Phil Spencer and Major Nelson has on their profiles then you would need to work for Microsoft/Xbox. As those badges are given to employees only.

    Xbox Ambassadors does get a badge that shows that they are Ambassadors. Need to join the program and reach the bronze tier to qualify for the badge.
