time and region error in zune software??

I haven't seen the error recently, and I still have the Zune software installed. Best I can tell, as long as Zune and Xbox Music aren't running at the same time, the error does not occur.

Oh wait, I think I know which one you mean.

My fault for trying to make it region-free.

Try this instead:

www.windowsphone.com/.../zune-software

We are having the exact same issue. Whenever we try to purchase via the zune software and xbox.com website, these are the errors we are getting:



From the Zune Software:

PURCHASE ERROR

Can't complete your purchase.

There's no Zune account for this Windows Live ID. Sign in with a different email.password cobination or create a new Zune account using this ID.

To see if there's more information about this error, click Web Help.

ERROR CODE

C101A23D



From Xbox.com Website:

This action cannot be performed at this time. Please try again later. For more information, go to
http://www.xbox.com/support.



Please help get this sorted.

You can't update or install the Zune software on your PC, or you can't update the Zune player software.



Those steps should help you out with getting Zune installed. If you have any further issues, could you please post in a thread that you create for yourself here in this forum. Your support issue is unrelated to the issue that the others in this thread
are having.
