    I have tried to contact Microsoft for over 2 weeks now and keep being told that someone from Tier 3 support will be on contact. It is in regards to my account being hacked. Can someone please help me, this is very frustrating.

    I'm sorry to hear about these problems, but unfortunately the people at the forums can't really do anything about this issue.

    Also this is a support forum, which is used for questions and issues the people here can solve. The problem you are having (not having received the console and repair etc) is something you will need to contact Xbox Support about, and you might want to also
    post this in the feedback forums so Microsoft will be able to act on it, so it won't happen in the future.

    I'm not seeing any claim of this on the records on your account. It does look like they are working on investigating your issue and will contact you with updates.

    You mean you want a name to be released that isn't yours nope tier 3 won't help you because a it is random and gamertag are not an on demand service when it becomes available it becomes available

    As people do try and sell released names it is unannounced when they do if ever release certain gamertags
