Ticket #1429594765 I recently purchased a controller charging stand for 5,000 points from my vip vault, and the points were detracted however I never got a confirmation email and there is no record of the purchase. I contacted love support and they gave
me this ticket number and told me to create a post here. We talked for a while, and the problem should be well documented. The easiest way to contact me is [Personal Information Removed], thank you for your prompt support. I'm hoping to have this resolved
before the 15th when the vault closes

Points taken no reward given

I purchased an item for 5,000 points in the vault and never reviewed any sort of confirmation or anything, but the points were still taken. Ticket number 1429594765. Email is [Personal Information Removed]

Now that it's past the point of being able to use these points I'd be lying I'd I said I didn't feel a little cheated by bad software implementation...
