throwback Thursday issue

Another mission another problem.

I purchased shadows of the damned last Thursday and did not receive my reward nor do I see my punchcard being updated.

The number of times this happens is alarming to me as it seems I have to come back here every time I choose to participate to these missions and makes me hesitate to purchase future games that are part of this promo.

It shows "Pending Credits" in the page "MyRewards";

06/15/17 - Throwback Thursday Rewards - June Week 3 (1,500 Rewards Credits) - 1,500 Credits

The game has to be purchased during the offer period in order to qualify. So it wouldn't be eligible.
