Thoughts on Elder Scrolls Online's year long story?

Elder Scrolls Online has had a year long story going on called Season of The Dragon. So far, it's been fantastic and we've been able to travel to new parts of Tamriel. New stories, new characters, returning characters! It's been a rollercoaster.

I'm curious on what you all think about the story so far!

As a player of over 3 years, and now a guild leader. Opinion is important to me. And very much valued! So tell me!

Do you have a favourite character from this year long story? Maybe a favourite side quest?

Personally, I've loved the story. I've laughed, cried and been on one heck of a rollercoaster. I've made several characters in the new class, just to experience it from all perspectives, in many roles. To better test my skill, and my understanding of the
class. And it's been nothing but outstanding. The story has been just amazing, and it's been so, so cool to see old characters return. (No spoilers from me)

The year long story has kept content fresh, and has kept us wanting more and holding on for each part of the story. It's just been amazing and I can't put into words how much I've really loved this so far.

I have tried so many times to get into this game but I just couldn't. I even pre ordered it when it was first released because I was really excited about it but then I stared playing it and the game just had so many problems to it to me. Then I tried it
again after a while hoping some of the problems were fixed but I just couldn't get into the game. The game just isn't for me. But glad you like the game and have fun playing it! =)

I have tried to get into this game but just cant which is a shame as I love Elder Scrolls but a year long story sounds great, adding new & interesting content is how to keep an mmo exciting and I am glad they are not letting it get stale for their players.

I've personally thought its been interesting. I'm still not the biggest fan of ESO, but some things like fresh content no matter how big or small definitely keeps me coming back to keep giving the game a try. Sort of reminds me how Destiny 2 has been doing
a similar thing with their seasons. Idk, it keeps me playing.

I played it briefly, but just couldn't get into it. I'd like to try it again, but that 100+ gb download is holding me back.

I really wish that I could get into this game. Much like Warframe I've tried time and time again and just can't get into the game.

I'm same as you! I have tried to play this probably half a dozen times. It always
grabs me at first, usually a whole lot to the point I even upgrade to ESO Plus, but then I find myself burned out and/or bored very quickly. I don't know why, since I've loved the solo titles so much!
