    at least your able to get in contact with someone live let alone give feedback. talk about ducking and dodging how do you even recover accounts or if your account been compromised get your lost assets back without sueing these jokes?

    Also i tried contacting them directly through their support page before i contacted xbox support and they just told me they cant help with console issues and directed me to xbox support. Even though im pretty sure its a game issue and not a console problem
