This works for white screen

I found this answer on someone else's post. Sorry I can't remember who it was, but it worked for me after blank screen for 4 days.

First go to "settings" (the settings on your main computer not solitaire game settings) and select "apps"

under "apps and features" find the Microsoft Solitaire Collection app and click on it

you will see "Advanced Options" in blue, click on that link

you will then see the "Reset" and click on it.

When you first go back to the game it will ask something about using this PC previously, just select yes

I didn't lose any information on previous games...

It worked for me.

White screen for pubg

I have been playing this game for a little bit now, but all the sudden I've been getting a white screen that says loading lobby, but it doesn't go past that no matter how long I wait. Not sure what to do, but I really want to play.

 

Fix for white screen

Make sure your Progress is saved first of all. Then go to Start / Settings / Apps / Microsoft Solitaire Collection / Advance Settings / Reset . As long as your Data and Progress are saved you will be fine it takes you back to where you was,

 

Did it work for you too CruciformCarp? The support person I chatted with said it WOULD reset my stats.

Thanks, worked for me. No data loss.

 

It worked for me. Make sure you say "YES" when it asks if you have played offline on that computer before. That way it will SYNC all of your previous STATs and you won't love any of your previous games.
