    This will be extremely complicated to explain but here it goes


    So the credits from the rewards is depositing into the incorrect account since I have 3 different countries on there but the issue is the account it deposits in has no address for me to actually make a purchase with, nor is it my current country that I'm
    living in. So basically all I'm wondering is if you guys could just change where the credits get deposited since Xbox live supported couldn't help me

    ive redeemed a 12mth membership code, wtf xbox. youve charged my credit card payment. and still wont let my profile online. f you's ya service is a rip off

    Seems to me like someone is confused by the whole "thread title goes here" and "topic goes here" thing. It is pretty complicated stuff, though....

    Hello AlphaReclaimer,

    Unfortunately, once Credits are deposited into your Microsoft Account, we can no longer take action on them. We deposit based off the information we have for your Microsoft Account. We see that your current billable information is set to the Singapore region,
    which is where we placed our deposit. If this is incorrect, you would have to reach out to Xbox billing support to change your primary billable account to your billable account of choice.
