I can't find it either. Perhaps it's only been released in the United States thus far? According to Major Nelson's blog:

That link does state that the new apps coming are from now until spring 2013. SkyDrive is on that list.

So this week Microsoft made one announcement about Gear of war and Xbox.....And we saw several (more or less stupid) rumours coming from nowhere....

Next week Microsoft might announce who will be the next CEO.....So be ready,for a new wave of rumours......
