So my rep has recently changed from needs work to avoid me. And before this happened I had made sure to do nothing wrong by reading the rules the enforcement team uses to enforce. So that being said I was playing a game I had recently bought overwatch and
i got into a competitive game and decided to play widowmaker these guys immediately berated me and cussed at me. They said and I quote "hey if we all report him his rep is already needs work he will get banned" and that's all because I played a character on
a game. I have never been so frustrated.

Need Help with account reputation

I got an avoid me reputation in early 2018 for trash talking on madden, i guess i deserved it. its caused me not being able to play Madden since then ( paid over 4 grand on this game for Madden Ultimate Team ). But its now middle of June, Havent even had
my xbox on since April so there was no way of me to be reported for anything since then and my Reputation is still screwed up. Xbox support says my account is in Good Standing and even the reputation meter on xbox shows that my account is good standing with XBL
but my reputation wont change so i cant play match made games. Please Help!

I see there are plenty of questions regarding our reputation, so let's clear it up! If anyone has any questions regarding the way our reputation system works or how to improve your reputation, I strongly encourage you each check our Xbox
One Reputation System page.

If you're curious about the amount of reports you have on your account, you can check the amount of reports from the last 6 months on our
Reputation History page while signed in on that page.

If there are any other questions regarding why you're reputation may be lower, then you would want post over in our Xbox One Enforcement forum so our friends from the Enforcement team
can help clarify! They do still check those forums, as a Case Review only applies to enforcement actions and not your reputation.

and also it won't let me submit a case review and when I sign in on enforcement.xbox.com it says my rep is good
