    2nd month in a row where nothing gets restocked in the VIP Vault, which is the last month we get to try and pull stuff from it.

    There are dozens of posts around here from long time users complaining about their lack of options before they get screwed out of their hard earned gems a RIP OFF RATIO of 1:1

    So instead of being able to redeem $25 in rewards, I will get a whopping $1.49 from Microsoft instead because NOTHING WORTHWHILE IS IN THE VAULT AND YOU WON'T RESTOCK IT FOR THE LONG TIME USERS.

    We do not want Overwatch wallpapers, or t-shirts, or currency for F2P/P2W junk. We want rewards credits and we want them NOW.

    You have had two months now to do your long time users right, and you continue to sit on your hands and do nothing.

    This program sucks. This support team sucks. The VIP Vault sucks. The rewards suck. Nothing of value here anymore.

    This is piss poor customer service, but I am sure I will get the usual "read from the script" reply that a lot of us have seen already.

    Instead of "listening" (ask Bungie how that is working out for them...), how about DOING SOMETHING FOR ONCE?

    Absolutely fantastic game and one of my favourite games this gen! Completely and utterly worth a playthrough IMO

    Im sorry but its 100% correct. Did exactly what you suggested several times. The support team is completely useless in this situation. The enforcement team shows absolutely no signs of interest in investigating either sides. There was no infringement on my side but the teams are completely not interested. This shows us that the lack of support and interest just proves my point. If there was atleast one person who showed any interest in the support team this situation would be different. But there is not even a single person on the Microsoft team willing to help.

    If you absolutely completely totally utterly have to pick from those two games, I'd personally side with Battlefield, though Call of Duty is still good fun.

    But there's also a lot of other titles out there deserving of a look as well, such as Skyrim.
