This kid threaten to boot me offline.

So I was looking for a group post so I can have people to play with when I came across one, and when I join another guy was in the party. It's kid maybe around 12 to 13 and he threatens me and the party leader that we are gonna get booted offline. I think
his username is [mod removed] or something. I got scared and block him and left the party. I'm writing this cause I want to be safe.

I was playing and my friend had invited me to a party. This guy was being a jerk to his gf and i told him to chill. He threatened to boot my offline in an xbox live party and also threatened to screw up my xbox with irc or something like that on kik messenger.
His GT is [Mod Removed]. My GT is . Pleases help so far he has booted me twice and wont even let me get online without threatening to boot me.

I have multiple messages from him telling me that he did in fact boot the kid offline, and he threatened to boot me offline all day if he got banned from too many complaints. All the messages are in my messages on my account and I will gladly post a picture
of the messages, but I don't know if I can post pictures. They are also all voice messages. AND if you message him, you can ask him if he booted a kid this morning and he will tell you. He started getting mad at me cause I am an ambassador and I actually got
this complaint from a live chat. So I sent him a message to ensure that he did boot him, he admitted and that was that. I had many people file complaints on him. It's not hard to Ddos so it shouldn't be too hard to believe. Any raging determined 15 year old
kid can do it.

I'm not sure where I am supposed to post this but I was just booted offline and Ddosed by a kid with the gamer tag GT:NBA2K36 my first clue that he was a hacker offline was when I saw that he was a prestige master on Black ops 2 when he only had 9000 kills
which is impossible, when I called him out he immediately threatened to boot me offline and attack my personal info through my IP address. I have tried resetting the console and my router but nothing is working the only resolution I can have is if this ***
is permanently cut offline for good and put in jail because he found out where I live and now I am scared that he is going to do more than boot me offline.
