This kid cuzed at me in chat and i reported him but hes still able to be in party

Once you have reported the user, you will need to wait for the Xbox Enforcement team to handle the report. They have a lot of reports to go though so this can take some time.

You can choose to block people. You can learn how to do this here: https://support.xbox.com/help/friends-social-activity/friends-groups/block-or-mute-other-player

Just so you are aware, you don't always get feedback from the Enforcement team nor do they tell you what the outcome of your complaint was. Any feedback that you may get will be generic "We have taken action on one or more of your recent complaints" sort of message.

I have an issue with party chat. Me and a friend will be in it playing a game for awhile then it disconnects him. He still shows in party but cant hear him he cant hear me. We've tried rebooting systems routers and still keeps happening. Can anyone help?

Then i'm not sure why I reported him and he was still talking to other people and party chatting. You say it does something right? I reported someone violating the rules in one of my friends party chats but he kept on talking and talking. Normally he is supposed to be muted and suspended but that wasn't the case. I'm sorry if im bothering you with replies but i'm trying to understand this whole thing.

Why not try to report or block him instead of insulting him.

Even if he did it it does not give you the right to do the same.

The best thing you can do ist make a screenshot or photo of the messages or record what he is saying in party or ingame chat so you have proof and are able report him.

So he can get a suspension too.

I know! Then when he reported me The second time, i just blocked him and reported him for false reporting! I havent had any contact with him nor talked to him since monday. Yesterday i was in a party with my friend and i just got a message from enforcment
that im being suspended due to complaints for another player! You got to understand that he keeps on false reporting me! Even if i block him he can still continue to report me!
