    My friends was trying to game share and the guy stole all of his info then changed everything. Xbox has been so unhelpful and very difficult to get ahold of.

    It's not a hack if your friend gave him his account information. That's one of the reasons doing that is against the rules.

    I am also having an issue with the down button on the dpad of my xbox one controller being very unresponsive unless I apply a LOT of pressure on it.

    It's from the Halo Master Chief Collection bundle.

    Same problem here, except that my controllers rarely turn on at all. I bought a new Xbox One a few weeks ago just to combat this exact problem and yet nothing has worked. The Xbox Support Twitter feed is unresponsive and unhelpful. Most of the time I have
    to use a wire but because of the way the controller is the wire gets looser and looser.

    In case you didn't try it, could be nice perform an offline update for your console. In that way Xbox system will be installed from scratch.
    For this you need a USB and PC to format it and transfer files provided in the link below (with steps):

    If even after that the issue persists, the next step will be request a repair for your console.
    Due to probably some internal component is not working properly :c
