    I'm another person facing this problem. I didn't do anything wrong but I got banned it's not fair to me.I lost $599 But I can only play it for 6 months.Or this is Microsoft's console ban policy, but let me keep my account so I can pay $599 again.

    Since it's a console ban it won't show on the enforcement site and they don't email for that. As it states in the ban message, check http://xbox.com/xboxone/consoleban for information on why they are issued. There is no way to contact the enforcement team regarding console bans and support does not handle enforcement issues. If it is a temporary suspension, you'll have use of your console after it ends.

    To people who see this........Xbox enforcement team is [mod removed] trash. Do you know why the don't tell you the reason when your xbox got banned? because when they make a mistake they cant fix it.
