    This is urgent I can't play games after reformatting xbox


    Hey I'm from the UK and it's urgent

    So around 24 hours ago i was having trouble delviering my messages, And i saw a post on twitter from an ambassador to someone to reformat their console and so I did the same thing

    What that ambassador didn't tell them was that when you reformat your xbox one it literally wipes your entire console "I kept keep games and everything" And it also apparently wipes the network settings meaning reformatting my xbox one has made my NAT from
    open to strict, What am I supposed to do because the current situation you cannot call microsoft and it might be like this an entire year

    How am I supposed to change my NAT from strict to open when my UPNP and DMZ are enabled already?

    so my rotuer is a BELKIN D6000 genie

    I can't download it to or move it to the usb. Even after reformatting it several times and redownloading the game.

    Lost HDD during update

    Can't confirm anything. My other Xbox is an older Elite. I did remove and reseat the HDD and it didn't help. I ended up reformatting it the day after. Fortunately (I suppose), I didn't have any problems reformatting. I lost everything, but most of my saved
    games had been played completely through, so no major loss.

    At least now there's cloud storage...

    Nope, you can't do that. The XBOX One will take the entire drive and format it all for use with games and apps. To use it on a PC after that it will have to be reformatted by the PC. Hope this helps. Good Luck!
