This is rated above error on Game Pass PC

Heyo! I had the same issue you guys did. What ended up working was resetting my DoB by going into my account settings, going into my DoB, and setting my DoB one year before the one I put in there. Then I put in my actual one, and relogged into Xbox Game
Pass for PC.

This is happening for my nephew too. He is on my family account and I have changed the ratings restrictions through the family settings and it didn't work. I signed his account in on my xbox and tried to play. I was able to do it when I "gave permission"
for him to play, but he can not play on his own xbox.

Please, log out the Xbox app and Microsoft store app, go to your privacy settings in this link

Once there if you can see the privacy settings you must go to the third column, change the programming to standard, if it's already in standard change to family save and then back to standard and save, after this restart your PC and log back in the Xbox app and Microsoft store app

If you can't see your privacy settings, you need an adult account to allow that content for you

I am experiencing the same problem and this does not fix it because my account is not part of a family group. On family.microsoft.com I cannot choose myself, and I cannot add myself.

I was able to resolve by fully quitting the xbox app and re-opening. With no settings changed.
