Obviously, Microsoft only sells, but does not support its products. A vivid example is the Kineсt adapter. It can not be bought, in the support service no one knows when and where it will appear on sale or just ignore appeals. At the same time for 170 euros
the adapter is sold for Amazon. Not bad. Especially when the adapter must be in the box with the console for 200 euros.

Can we influence Microsoft? Write on all the forums, but I think that they do not want to hear us!

Is this microsoft jigsawm support?

Get to the home page of Microsoft jigsaw, and the brick icon does not display number of bricks, just a spinning icon.

Any game does not load, sticks about half way through and just keeps spinning.

Click "settings" and error message Can't get settings right now."

App Commands does not display anything.

PREMIUM customer.

This has been going on for about a week. HELP!!!

I am afraid to try to uninstall and reinstall. Will I lose the more than 1 million bricks, all purchased puzzles, and the Premium account (that I paid for a full year)???

Plese advise, need help!!
