    this is not from my account , but my mothers credit card keeps getting charged for microsoft acct xbox how can i find out who's xbox/Microsoft account it is being charged to. She just got charged 200$, and last time it was up to 700$$

    Xbox account locked, and cant recover it because I had Two-Step verification on.

    The problem is I got charged for Xbox subscription after I got locked out of my account by 3 days, (Microsoft ultimate/1month). How can they suspend my account and still keep my credit card active and deduct from my card.

    I too want to remove a credit card from my account...... the card has expired but is still getting charged and my bank is paying it (WTF) , i just want the card removed as my life has changed but i still want my account. Why cant we remove our credit card

    Family Gold Account to New Family Account

    You will be credited the balance.

    Just like it works now. if I switched from a family account to a regular live account the difference gets charged back to my credit card.

    My son have a Xbox game we used the credit card once we keep getting hit on my credit card we have changed the card over and over but we keep getting hit but why.

    In my experience, your bank is being “helpful” and moving a recurring payments from recognized sources over to the new card.

    If you don’t mean that you have obtained a new credit card from the bank, then likely the fuel card remains on your account, and the subscription is tied to it, I assume that’s what you keep getting charged for
