    This is insane !


    I am being constantly charged from Microsoft*ultimate for 18.73 for two years now . I contact my bank and asked them to block all charges from Microsoft but Microsoft keeps changing their name To something else . “Microsoft*supreme” and other names . I got a new bank account new routing number and Microsoft is still taking money out of my bank using another name . I don’t even own an account with Microsoft. I had to create one today just to make this post . No one is using my card . I don’t have kids or know anyone who’s uses Microsoft. My debit card is always on me . I can’t keep reaching out to my bank disputing these charges . They will keep giving me new debit cards and Microsoft will still charge me without my permission . Could it be a merchant using Microsoft’s name to take money out of our banks ? I need to speak with a live agent not a computer . I need to speak to a human in need help this is getting out of hand

    I have just lost five chapters completed on insane, with all declassified missions done to that point, and I can no longer play on insane, so after I unlock insane by going through on casual, I'm looking for someone to play on insane so I can just tag along
    for the ride while I'm on insane :|

    Not sure if it is just me or not, but I thought beating ME3 on insanity was a LOT easier than ME2 on insanity. ME2 nearly drove me insane beating it!
