    The person might just put me on hold again and never come back.

    No it’s not connected to any subscription.. Why is it so difficult to get help. I just did the call back thing and the lady put me on hold and never came back I waited 40 minutes. I tried to request another cal but it says there’s a limit. I only requested one call back.

    It’s connected to a preorder. I can’t cancel the preorder because it says that it was purchased. Even though the payment was declined.
