    Hi there.

    A couple of questions to better help you out...

    1) How many characters has your code got?

    2) When you enter the code, what is the error message that is displayed? Can you copy and paste the text from the message?

    3) Where are you trying to redeem the code? On your console or on the Xbox website?

    I tried to buy Xbox game pass using microsoft live digital card. card is consumed buy game pass is not activated on my subscription

    i bought microsft live card for 15USD. I used it to buy Xbox game pass; the card got consumed but my game pass subscriptions isnt activated.

    Question about who the Payee is for the XBox One Digital Store

    when i buy an xbox one game using my debit card, it shows up on the statement as "#### Debit Card Purchase Microsoft 800-6427676". where #### = the last 4 digits of the card number. so i would guess he should use Microsoft as the name.

    also when paying for xbox live it comes up the same, except it has a different contact number at the end. (Microsoft 800-4699269)

    No. I am trying to clarify that i tried to pay for the game on the xbox app and i got it for the xbox one not for the xbox 360. I payed for the game with both a credit card and a gift card. But i never got a refund on the xbox gift card.
