    So far I am not at all impressed with my purchase. What did I buy exactly? An xbox one lookalike with a fancy little card with meaningless codes on it. Wasted my entire evening off on this, and still absolutely nothing. We're not all 12 year olds without
    jobs, I don't have time for these issues and you know what? It's going back to the store.

    This really is crap, I don't care who's fault it is, xbox live needs to step up and offer gift cards, xbox live credit, or something for the false advertisement and our wasted time. This is unacceptable. Even worse is the crap "updates" that xbox live
    support is giving. They haven't changed the update status once, just keep reposting the exact same message and say check back in 30 min. It's been 3 hours since you told me to check back in 30 minutes and you haven't provided one update. Embarrassing!

    Super not happy about this. I think it was clearly the wrong code in the bundles. It just let me start download now. They had better have a plan to make this right, dropped $500 and didn't even get to see the game, and definitely didn't get any 2XP. I live
    on the East Coast of the U.S. Day Zero just rolled into Day One.

  7. Something better be done. I waited to get a One until I saw this awesome bundle (I wanted a special edition). I went to the "midnight" launch. Yet I get kicked in the balls that the game that SHOULD come with it is unavailable? I was already on the fence.
    I may just get a PS4 and call it quits if I don't see MS do something significant to make up for this ridiculous f#!$ up. Don't get me wrong. I have loved Xbox since the original, and I understand stuff happens. But something on this scale must be countermeasured
    or else all I see is a company saying f#!$ off. We already have your money.

    It's the next day, almost 24 hours after I bought the bundle, and still no game. They did CHANGE the error message, acknowledging that the code is for CoD AF - but I still can't download. And the web won't even let me try to redeem my code now.

    And Xbox Live still hasn't said anything about how they are going to compensate us?

    PS4 here I come!

    If you would like to talk to someone about the double XP that was offered yesterday, please
    contact Activision. They are the ones that offer that promotion, and would be your best bet to see about getting that issue resolved.

    We need to be acknowledged that we were left behind. This may be my last console purchase ever, nevermind Microsoft. I never have this problem on PC. :/

    I will not be happy once this is fixed, I want compensation for my time and the bs line that this is a "day zero" purchase. I've been through MMO launches, console launches and whatnot before, but this is maddening by comparison. There is NO excuse good
    enough for the downtime, and we REQUIRE compensation.
