this is absolutly annoying i have got suspended forever on xbox

I am very sorry for the situation for what is happening but I remind you again that this is a Microsoft public forum where we are all players like you, we are not Microsoft employees so we cannot help with account suspensions/bans.

The only ones who can help you are the team through the aforementioned page (Enforcement). I would like to give you better help but it is not possible.

so im a normal minecraft player right i was on some skygen realm glitching out and in with boats and borders and i even spawned a portal to make the nether a portal network with rails everywhere so anyone could travel to my town or skygen etc but some guy named dream and his partner (friend) nuked the realm and as i hopped on i saw everything and i got so mad i told everyone false information of dream like his ip and irl name and location and social security number but its all just random stuff i said and than a day later after me and my best friend Bagoly21 fixed lag finally after many months in our world skygen i got banned the day later saying a 3 day suspension and when i tried to appeal in minecraft they change it to permant AKA forever (sorry for my bad spelling) and they didnt let me appeal either they said i cant appeal anymore but than i went to playing amongus with my friend and took a break the next day im banned from the whole xbox live like just banned with no reason it dosent say the reason but i appealed saying the information i said is false or something and than they denied my appeal which is really unfair and now i cant appeal but i had so much on that account ive spend more than 100 euros on that account and its all gone i had forza horizon 4 and minecraft xbox 360 edition digitally bought which is rare and because of this im planning to switch to playstation since it has GTAs and old minecraft playstation 3 edition with working multiplayer and minigames

because of all this i cant cancel my subscription to my 2 realms 10 player ones with 2 games i built and using command blocks and it wont let me cancel because the button just freezes (i tried using other browsers) so its also stealing money from me every month

update: it wont let me see my enforcement history on xbox now.

Having said this, the only option to appeal a subscription is through the enforcement page since the team in charge of this type of cases works there, the support cannot help you with the prohibitions, so the only solution is through the following link:

Although you mentioned that you cannot appeal, can you explain why? Again I say I'm sorry, I would like to offer you some other help but I'm just a player like you.

Same here. Bing rewards account got locked in "under review" or something forever and then got rolled into Microsoft rewards and is now suspended. I don't really care about the points so much as I don't want my xbox account to get
suspended for some goofy reason.
