    This is such a garbage system. Every time I pre order a game, my $10 gift card doesn't come, but they say I'm supposed to be getting 15,000 credits. Ok great, because I can apparently convert that to currency and use it in the Xbox store.

    But the problem is my account has been broken for over a year, with pending credits from almost exactly a year ago. I get the warning that I need to update my account, but everything in my profile looks correct. There is ZERO error message about what I need
    to fix. ZERO leads to go on. I call Tech Support, nobody helps. I chat with Tech Support on Microsoft Store and they say I need to update my account. I'm so sick of this. They say make a forum post and someone will help. NOPE! How long is Microsoft going to
    keep letting this Xbox Live Rewards system be broken? It's circular with no way out. And it's been a complete fight to even get anywhere. This is ridiculous! I love xbox live but this is absurd.

    Ok great, it says I need to check my account information. WHAT DO I NEED TO UPDATE SO MY ACCOUNT IS FIXED???????

    Rewards credits pending for more then 1 year

    Hello, I have 5250 rewards credits pending in my account for 1 year and post more then 3 times to fix this issue. But i am facing the issue for more then 1 year. Please transfer my rewards credits to my new account whose gamertag is "Dr Ghost KP".
    Please transfer my pending reward credits to my new account. Please fix my issue.

    About 2 year and still no deposits

    Seconded. I'm pretty amazed that MS haven't been able to fix the Rewards system for the 18 months it's been broken, but even more amazed that, given their inability to fix it, they aren't manually crediting our accounts with the credit due. Shockingly bad
    customer service.

    Hello junglelion,

    We only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount was beneath this amount, it was not scheduled. In the future, if you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you are at 1000
    or more pending Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page.

    Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
    the following month. Since your Credit events that pushed you over the 5000 pending Credit amount happened on the 9th, it will be a part of the end of month deposit cycle.

    MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
    2016. Since your spending from September 2015-December 2016 did not meet any MyVIP thresholds, you were placed at the default level.
