I am sorry to know about the issue. Unfortunately, even the Customer support can't offer additional switches to our home Xbox switches. We only have 5 switches in one year but it's based on the date you first switched your home Xbox. So it's not necessarily following the actual year or date.

Try to go back to the home Xbox settings, select Help when you see the error message. You may be eligible to receive an exception.

On the other hand, what did you mean by your newer console can't connect? Can it connect to your wireless network but unable to connect to the internet like you cannot play your games online or multiplayer?

I haven't had this problem, but I did have a large ice-spike sticking out of my abdomen. Really frustrating. Took awhile to back-track to a save before contracting this frosty spike. Hope these issues, get resolved soon, too!

Some developers will issue large updates due to the issues that need to be resolved for their games. Some could depend on what the players have found and what could be improved. Sometimes they are new content that are being released for the games and will
require larger updates.

I think my biggest issue with the Kinect is the rather large play area needed. This is something they will need to work on. I dont really play mine much because it requires me to move my couch out of the room.
