This Guy/Company sells games he shares via Xbox Sharing - is it legal?

Hello,

a colleague of mine informed me about a retailer that sells Xbox games and Game Passes on his Xbox account via Xbox Game Share feature.

Everything is offered on the Czech auction server [mod removed]. He goes by the name [mod removed] and his company under which he sells shared games and Game Passes is called [mod removed]

I am posting a link to his account on Aukro:

His account on the auction site Aukro is called Xboxsharing and claims that selling shared Xbox games and Game Passes is 100% legal.

Can he really offer this or is it illegal?

If this behavior is against the law, where should it be reported to Microsoft (I have found absolutely nowhere in support the option to report scam behavior).

It's definitely not allowed. If you know their gamertag, you would need to report them through their profile on Xbox so the enforcement team can investigate them. If the sites he's selling on have a way of reporting him there, you would need to do so that way. Microsoft cannot do anything about something done outside of the Xbox service.

Also if you read more into the Gates story, you know Bill Gates only owns 4.5 percent in shares of the company. He did own a 49 percent share at one point. But has been selling em off through time. The shareholders have a bigger stake within Microsoft.
So he's going to go at some stage, but first Microsoft needs a new CEO to replace Steve Ballmer.

It is not possible to undo and it is also not legal to share, lend, sell your account which may result in your account being suspended.

I recently got off the phone with an Xbox support guy, and he told me to make a second account so he could transfer the stuff from my main one to that one. How long does this usually take? Also will I get banned for trying to game share because I was trying
to game share with the guy and he ended up backstabbing me

What's different is that the Forza games are part of the Xbox Play Anywhere titles that allows a game owned by an account to play on any Windows 10 PC on the
same account. The license is not being shared technically because the license is being recognized on the same account you purchased it on the Xbox. The issue lies with sharing between accounts and sharing account
information and the more Xbox's you allow to share licenses with, the more likely it is for account sharing to take place and again, that is a violation of Xbox Live's
