This Games is a waste of money. I hate it

This game is really pissing me off. First for the clan wars. Im in a clan and today it told me I need one more player to play clan wars. I got that player and two others now I have four. It also states that im in the bronze division. Now I completed everything.
Why the hell is it telling me I'm locked out of Clan wars. This is so misguided and false information. I'm planning on contacting the bbb for this issue. I need help asap. I also work in retail and tell all my customers to buy this great game oh wait my mistake
a rip off. I bought the game for the chance to play clan wars now I cant. Im very ***. Cant contact activision till monday oh wait clan wars will be over by then. So now its up to you microsoft make this happen for me and my clan. I'm a very *** and misguided
customer. Also it wouldve been easier for me to speak to someone but your system is messed up at the moment.

So in short give my my chance to play clan wars and my clan also. 2. if you will not help i will go to the bbb. 3. you suck please change my mind and opinion.

Actually, the different gamertag thing would be that you created a different account on the website instead of signing into the one you use on the console.
