    This game is crap. Server down more than it is up. FIX IT


    I have tried everything asked of me be the support team and still not able to get this game to connect to the server. You keep thinking it is due to peoples computers well guess what it is due to the recent Fall Creators Update. Since the update was installed
    I have had nothing but problems. That tells me that the problem is on your end so GET OF YOUR LAZY ASSES AND FIX IT. Your getting money from people that play this and who is the big losers the players, not you. you take the money and do **** to help these
    people out.

    This is a bull crap game. Their server is down more than it's up. And there is NO way to communicate with anyone to discuss. I'm done with it.

    Lastly what makes it worse is when down detector (a site specified in keeping up with server statuses) is more reliable than their own down detector.

    Welcome to Xbox Live. How may we help you? No seriously, that's Xbox Live. Priority is for Xbox One and its services and not for Xbox 360. Pretty sure 360 support is getting chopped off in the next few years anyway.

    Cannot connect to Xbox Live

    Same thing is happening to me .. I have ATT Uverse and the servers were down yesterday and supposedly came back up this morning so when i got home from work phone , TV , and Internet was working fine other then i could'nt connect to Xbox Live on my xbox
    .... ATT needs to fix there crap services before they lose serveral more customers as im sure they have already lost alot from there servers going down .

    NBA 2k14 has had problems too. They used their own servers and they were down from Christmas through... well, several days. The servers have been up and down and up and down but down more than up. It was so bad, I asked for and got a refund on the game.


    I wonder if they had used Micosoft's servers, if things would have been better.

    Yea it's a server issue if in-game network lag detected popped up, you gotta wait for fix. Fix shouldnt have been more than afew hours. If it was than yeaa its the game and they will fix ASAP. Hope u get back on game✌✌
