    Hi there

    My name is Stephen Gilbert. Gamertag is and have gold xbox live membership on xbox one. Everytime I try playing My Team or My Park it always says "This feature is unavailable you do not have the required account privileges". what do I need
    to do to fix that to where I can play My park amd My team?

    Try logging out of all profiles on your console and then remove your profile form the console. Then perform a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power
    cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational reload your profile log in to live and test the results.
