    Hello, I recently purchased the Forza Horizon 4 game on PC. When I want to access Forza Horizon 4 multiplayer, I get an error message "This feature is blocked by Xbox Live parental controls. Upon verification, it turns out that I do not have the control.
    I I have searched all over the place but unfortunately no discussion has helped me resolve my issue, so I'm asking you how do I log into Forza Horizon 4 multiplayer and get this error out?

    Same can`t play online either....

    It just says "This feature is blocked per your Xbox live parental control settings.

    Wow that is very strange, hmmm i think it might be easier to chat to xbox support directly because there is definitely something off there, the way it sounds is that you should not have any restrictions.

    Use this link https://support.xbox.com/contact-us and you should be able to get on a live chat with support who can look into your account.

    Hi Camil45,

    Who set up the account for you and what age was set on it? The only way to get around this is to get the parent account to change the settings for you.
