Sorry to say but once a console is banned no one can lift this suspension.

Yes it says this console is banned from the xbox network but not account my account is fine its my console it says its banned from the xbox network

Have you checked to make sure the console has not been banned from Live yet? You can go to https://enforcement.xbox.com/Home/ConsoleCheck to see if is banned from
Live or not.
