    I bought prepaid code for XBOX account.

    I registered my account in Russia but now I'm in Germany. When I try to enter this code I recieve this error:

    Hey there Ro7castillo!

    Is it possible another account on your Xbox One was signed in and used the code? Also, make sure the region of your account is tied to your physical location. Cross-region accounts aren't supported and may cause code redemption issues.

    Unfortunately nothing can be done at this point. The region of a code cannot be changed.

    Sorry to hear it. Currency codes can only be used for the regions in which they were intended. You'll need to check to make sure that your gamertag and/or console are set for the proper region or contact the person you got the code from for more assistance.

    If it was a friend who gifted you a code he needs to refund it and buy from a local etailer for you

    Gifting has always been region locked
