    Never got email from entering code

    I entered the promo code for name your game after buying the **** one. It was supposed to be in my email and it's been 2 weeks - nothing there. chat service gave me this link which is VERY frustrating. I need help and it's cant take hours, I've already wasted
    a lot of time buying and setting up this xbox for my son

    Hello, I have recently bought a 3 month membership for my xbox 1 and it is telling me that the code has been redeemed already. I obviously just entered the code and it is telling me "this code has already been entered"

    "Play Anywhere" card redemption

    Hi there.

    To enter a promo code, you would go through the purchasing steps on the store - microsoftstore.com, put the specific item in your cart then there is an option for Enter a Promo Code right in the Cart below the cart items.

    The promo code would then show the addition/deduction of that the code was for.

    So when I scanned the QR code, it worked then it says that this promo code can not be redeem with this account

    When i tried to redeem it, it worked for about a minute then it says this promo code can't be used on this account. And to be honest, I didnt redeem it and i tried again and it says this promo code has already been redeemed. I Really Need Help With This!!

    Ok thanks, what error message do you recieve when entering the code? Code is not a valid code / code has already been redeemed? Also did you check this is a valid promotion for the territory you are in?

    If its a US promotion and your in the US for example then hopefully the error code will help us identify your specific problem. Have your tried it multiple times? I myself have entered the wrong code a few times by accident, seeing as they are usually so
    long it's easily done.
