This account's custom Gamerpic was inappropriate.

My son has had his account suspended for 24 hrs by Xbox for the following:

Enforcement details: This account's custom Gamerpic was inappropriate. This may be due to nudity or sexual content, extreme violence, profane or
offensive terms or gestures, references to notorious people or organizations, references to sensitive current or historical events, controversial content, or other inappropriate references.

He has not changed his picture. We do not have the option for a case review. Can you please have a look at the attached picture and let me know if this is not suitable?

We think that another gamer reported my son as they were having an argument and my son was then automatically banned without the image actually being reviewed. I am concerned that the gamer may repeat
this type of report to disrupt my son's gaming.

My account was suspended today for "This account's custom Gamerpic was inappropriate. This may be due to nudity or sexual content, extreme violence, profane or offensive terms or gestures, references
to notorious people or organizations, references to sensitive current or historical events, controversial content, or other inappropriate references." I am not able to submit a case review to find out what was inappropriate. My Gamerpic is an Easter picture
of me and my 2 daughters, well dressed and nothing inappropriate about it. This needs to be fixing and an apology needs to be issued. I have spent thousands of dollars with Xbox alone and this is out of hand. So I need a good explanation of why I received

Unfortunately the enforcement team isn't active on the forums, so they won't help you here.

And since you can't submit a case review, you're tied to the issued ban.

 

Enforcement do not just suspend for no reason. It could be due to image rights or anything else. A child account should not be able to have custom images. Non of us have seen the gamerpic so can not comment on the image you have displayed in your post.

Suspensions are not automatic, data is grabbed and the enforcement team review it and take relevant action. It is myth about automated suspensions.

 

Even if a picture is up very briefly the enforcement team can see past pics. So it's possible that a past pic before this one could have gotten him banned. Either way as stated above enforcement actions cannot be disputed on the forums.
