This account/ My account has been hacked

I've been out for a couple of days and didn't see any suspicious activities on my account so i guessed everything was fine. I came back home today and tried to log into my account using my email and saw this "This email does not exist in our system" message. Anyways i managed to get into the account and chang the password but i can not change the email now. I'm at a point where i can access the account because i've got their email and MY password but i need to get them out completely. What can I do? Why didn't my 2FA work? The first email below is not mine so i'm gonna need you to contact me on my own email

Hi Josef.

When i try to change the email it, asks to send a code to THAT email which i don't have access to so how am i gonna change the email

I tried it but don't know to what category to put it under. This was the only logical one for me

Hi, you can try reaching Microsoft support to see if something can be done as you're able to access to the account.

But here no one can access / modify to your account

Are you not to see something like "I don't have access to this email" or similar?
Usually this is an option
