    Third party wireless controller

Hoping someone can advise. I have been searching for an affordable wireless controller that lights up for my 8 yr old granddaughter for her Xbox one s. I have been reading about recent issues with third party products suddenly being flagged by xbox and not able to function. I saw one on amazon that says compatible with xbox one, but don't want to order it if that's what is going to happen. I've looked at wireless Xbox brand controllers and can't find anything close to what I'm looking for. To give you an idea, here's a link to what I was looking at. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0C65HWLDJ/?coliid=ITOO6YHSIIMMP&colid=4VG84SP3QJJD&ref_=list_c_wl_lv_ov_lig_dp_it&th=1

Might be a third party controller and is it a wired or wireless controller.

Is there a list of controllers that are going to be banned by Xbox?

any third party unlicenced controller, wired or wireless will be banned.

    RapidFire controllers allowed? XBLPET- READ

Licensed third party controllers are fine, including ones with turbo. They're all wired (far as I know there are no licensed third party wireless controller pads). Unlicensed third party devices (like 360 controllers that have been hacked
    up and repackaged) are not.

The only "grey area" is Datel. Datel's controllers are not licensed (and at least some are wireless). Microsoft sued Datel. Datel sued Microsoft. They settled out of court. Ever since then, MS permits the controllers on the console.

    Recommended gaming controller?

You better like wired. There are no licensed wireless third party controllers.

    Third party wireless controller

Ensure that the product specifically states it is compatible with Xbox One S. While many third-party controllers claim compatibility, not all may work seamlessly with every function of the console.
