    Third-party contoller issues on Mobile Cloud Gaming


    So I have a third-party wireless controller (Redgear wireless pro to be exact). It works perfectly on PC and even on my mobile when I play Steam games through my PC on my mobile. But when I use it with the Xbox Game Pass app. It works throughout the app but simply doesn't work in-game. And oddly only the A, B and RB buttons work. I know it's specific and odd but if anyone is facing the same issue and has a possible fix? I have tried changing to Xinput but doesn't work.

    Check to make sure that you are using a device that is compatible with Xbox Cloud Gaming and that you have a strong and stable internet connection.

    Make sure that you are signed in to your Microsoft account on both your mobile device and your Xbox console.

    Try restarting both your mobile device and your Xbox console.

    If you are using a third-party controller with your mobile device, try connecting it to your device and see if that resolves the issue.

    If none of these steps are successful, you might need to uninstall and reinstall the Xbox Cloud Gaming app on your mobile device.

    Is it an official microsoft drive?

    The cheap third party drives tend to have issues.

    Have you tried saving your games to the cloud, on the games you have most problems with?

    you're going to find this increasingly an issue, Microsoft to stop producing Xbox one games, and many other third parties are beginning to as well

    you can either play some of the games on the cloud, or upgrade

    I have tried on console where I have no third party apps pc where I have malwarebytes for a third party antivirus and mobile where I have avast for a third party antivirus same error every time saying it is an error with the ssl certificate

    Edit: I have no vpn's firewalls or proxies for third party apps

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums! Are you having an issue installing a game or playing a game?
    Its a third party subscription service only for mobile devices

    Not for xbox or ps or windows

    Only for Android or ios
