Third follow up to my post "Never received the MyRewards credits from January's "Being Dr. ...

This is the third time I am posting about this issue. I never received credit for a MyRewards program I participated in back in January and have been trying to get this resolved. My original post received a response with no solution
from an Xbox rep and immediately closed. I created a second post nearly two weeks ago asking why my post had been closed without help or a solution with no chance for me to follow up or respond. The original Xbox rep ("XBLRewards8") responded claiming they
escalated the issue to "data source" for investigation. However, it has nearly been two weeks and I have received no responses. I posted several times in the second thread asking the rep what was going on, but have received no response. I have also sent the
rep several messages and received no response. This is absolutely ridiculous, horrible customer service.

Below I have copied the post I made in my SECOND follow up post nearly two weeks ago:



"I posted the above entitled thread yesterday. It was replied to by an Xbox Rep and immediately closed even though the issue was not resolved. Why it would be closed with no opportunity to respond is mind boggling and
is extremely poor customer service.

The following is what I originally posted:

"I completed all four levels of the "Being Dr. Rewards" from MyRewards in January. However, I have only received credits for "Being Dr. Rewards – Level 1: Think How He Thinks (3,000 Rewards Credits)" and "Being Dr. Rewards – Level 2:
Dress How He Dresses (1,000 Rewards Credits)". I have not received my credits for Level 3 and Level 4 which should total an additional 9,000 Rewards Credits. I only made these purchases because I would receive the full 13,000 credits. It has been well over
a month and still nothing has appeared. I have tried to talk with Xbox Chat Support multiple times, but they are of absolutely no help and can't understand anything no matter how much time you spend clearly explaining it to them. I have wasted several hours
trying to take care of this with support and they just tell me they can't help me. What's going on here? How can I get my credits?"





Xbox Rep "XBLRewards8" responded with the following (and then immediately closed the thread):



"Since you did not complete the achievement portion of this offer, by earning five achievements in the products your purchased for level 1, you did not get Credits for that part of the offer or for full completion of the offer."

The information provided by the rep is completely FALSE. I most certainly did earn five achievements from the games I purchased for level one. The purchased game was Tacoma (this was provided as a valid game in the fine print of the offer). I earned five achievements
in said game on 1/24/18. I would like help resolving this issue, and please do not make blanket false statements and then close this post without allowing a dialogue."

Here is the post the was made by the Xbox Rep "XBLRewards8" in response to my second created post:

"Hello ,

We do not see any achievements for the title Tacoma on your account. We have escalated this issue to our data source to investigate. Once they provide us with more information about any possible issues with this title,
we will update this thread."



I have made several follow responses to this with no response. My original response is as follows:

"It most certainly shows on my account. Simply just look at my profile and achievements on your very own website. It's right there plan as day. Not hard or confusing to find, whatsoever. To help you on your way in fixing your mistake,
here are the specific achievements:

"From Downtown" - Made a 3-point shot in micro-G basketball. - Unlocked 1/24/2018

"Spellcheck" - Restored the Obsolescence Day sign. - Unlocked 1/24/2018

"Employee of the Month" - Escaped Tacoma having read all incoming messages from Venturis" - Unlocked 1/25/2018

"Master of Unlocking" - Escaped Lunar Transfer Station Tacoma having correctly opened every keycode lock on the Station." - Unlocked 1/25/2018

"Liberated" - Escaped Lunar Transfer Station Tacoma with ODIN." - Unlocked 1/25/2018

If you need a screenshot, just let me know"

I should not need to go through all this work to simply get a response and solution. This will be my third post now regarding the issue. What is the issue? Why am I being disregarded and ignored? This should not be a hard issue to fix.

We do not see any achievements for the title Tacoma on your account. We have escalated this issue to our data source to investigate. Once they provide us with more information about any possible issues with this title, we will update this thread.
