    Third Controller with Stick-drift


    Today, I received my new Controller von Microsoft since the other one (WHICH WAS BRAND NEW) had Stick-drift.

    Guess what, the new one has stick drift too. Im done with Microsoft and their Quality.

    Why can I not contact someone on the Live-Chat? I want my money back.

    I am on my third controller. First one the A button didn't work at all. Second one, the audio only played through one of the speakers in my headphones. My third one, the A button sticks and bad drifting on the right stick. This is absolutely pathetic.
    I'm so done with this controller.

    I have found this on many xbox one controllers, its either the triggers failing, the all time classic analogue stick drift, primarily from left stick or headphone jack not working.

    Yet to see a single third party cheap controller break yet.

    Borderlands 3 character continually tracks to the right when I'm trying to be stationary.

    What is the fix?
    This sounds like stick drift, if it's only happening on Borderlands 3, then it's likely just a slight amount of stick drift. Have a look in the Borderlands 3 controller settings, and see if you can adjust the 'Dead Zones' for the analogue sticks, that should
    help temporarily.

    But ultimately for stick drift, there's no easy/quick fix, because it's a hardware issue and not a software issue. If your controller is still under warranty, then it may be worth looking into whether you can get it repaired/replaced. Otherwise you may need
    to find a third party repair person.
