    Thinking about filing a class action lawsuit over the series x blu ray issues everyone is having Microsoft keeps saying the solution is to reset your Xbox or hard reset your Xbox when my Xbox One can play the blu-rays but my series x cannot It's very clearly a software issues that Microsoft will not or can not fix also there's the issue with the Microsoft Xbox headset snapping on the mic with well just sitting on a shelf with no misuse

    Yeah, I think it's the Blu-ray disc drive, as it happened on my Xbox One X (HDD) and does the same on my Series X (SSD). Don't worry about it!

    I am looking into starting a class action lawsuit against Microsoft for this. For the amount they charge for the Xbox Series-X and the ongoing sound issue that Microsoft is doing nothing to address that constitutes a breach of trust with consumers. This issue has been reported by thousands of Xbox Series X owners and Microsoft continues to ignore it. Once I finish consulting with our lawyer I will be soliciting others with this issue to join the lawsuit.
