As an ambassador you should know that it is against the ToU and CoC to give access to your account to another person. Not only could they do something to your account while you are not in control of it but it could also result in the ban or suspension of
your account which would also remove you from the ambassador program.

They should be able to report it for account recovery. It would also be best to contact your bank to block the charges since you don't have access to the account anymore.

You can't have some access, in the way that Microsoft accounts works there's only access or no access, recovery emails won't be received on the account you try to recover, will go to the contact email that you complete during the process of getting the verification code

But if you don't get a positive recovery form, means you are not giving the correct information or not enough, that's why you should follow the suggestions from the links I shared previously

If you can´t recover the account then, you should go to your financial entity and dispute the charge to block it as well.

This is because access is mandatory to cancel a suscription from Xbox side

If you don't know the parental e-mail on the account you need to contact phone support. The Account Recovery form is the only way to free an account from a blocked status.
If you cannot unblock it then you cannot access the account.
