They sent the replacement console, without power and HDMI cords, sent mine back with the old ...

I returned my Xbox One S under warranty and I sent the whole system back for a replacement console. They did not send power or HDMI cords with the console, but I sent mine back with the broken one. Now we have a new console with no cords!! What am I supposed
to do???

i cannot find a contact phone number so I can get real help with this. Any suggestions?

Obsessive Power: They've always just sent me a different refurbished console, different serial numbers, sometimes even a different case (my original was smooth on top, and some of the later replacements had an Xbox 360 logo imprinted on top). They have
also sent my replacements from different locations than I sent mine to...I have sent all mine to Mesquite TX, and the last few replacements were shipped up from Mexico. The last time in Feb they sent me a different console before I returned my bad one (they
called it an "Advance Exchange"), so I absolutely know it was a different one. I don't know what they're doing with my old consoles, but I imagine they're refurbishing them and giving them to some other sucker. Who knows, I've returned mine so many times
I may have been getting some of my older ones back with later replacements, although I think the last three were all the newest motherboard (Jasper?).

 

MS sent me back my x1 accessories.

I did get a system.

I signed up for the advanced replacement on the 22nd, I got my brand new day 1 bundle on the 29th. I packed up my old x1 and sent it back to M$ on the 30th. Last night I got a shipment from M$ with a day one controller, the hdmi cord, the power brick and
the headset.

I'm a bit confused on why they would send me back the accessories for my console, but I'm not complaining, now I have a 2nd day one edition controller for free.

 

If your in the US/Canada phone number for xbox support 1800 4 my xbox normally all you send back is the console itself without any cords or anything like that.

They normally will send any cords if they are sent with a console normally it will be sent back in another shipment.
