    An account named "[mod removed]" send me a menssage saying that my account will be baned in 24 hours if I don`t send then a confirmation of my e-mail and my password. Is this a fake account or is it true?

    This is almost certainly phishing scam, aka someone is trying to steal your account and you can safely ignore it. Enforcement doesn’t threaten, they just ban.

    Please report the account and message that sent it so they can investigate

    I would add that any message, whether through the Xbox Live system or just regular email, that asks for your password is a phishing scam and can be reported/ignored. No self-respecting company would ask for your password out of the blue...only time your password would need to be revealed would be if you get in touch with an issue and, even then, they would usually just ask you to confirm a couple of the numbers/letters

    Only the enforcement team can ban your account. No one else can do that except from them. I would suggest reporting that account and the enforcement team will investigate this situation.
