    They need to fix the report system


    I recently got my communications banned from xbox one, and the only thing i did was kill a teammate who that just so happened to be blocking every door I went to on bo3. She sent me hateful messages asking me why I killed her and i simply told her, "maybe
    you shouldn't block doors your teammates are trying to get in. " But apparently I did something wrong.

    agreed i had a needs work on my account and wore i like a badge of honor saying hey i got screwed over by the xbox report system

    I recently got a second strike for no reason. I can't remember the person gamer tag but he reported me for killing him in Rainbow Six Siege. I then reported him for unsporting behavior because that's what he was being, but instead I'm the one who gets a
    strike and he doesn't. And the foul language report is completely stupid, this type of language is not a bad thing and is only bad if the person it's being said to finds it offensive. But if there are games that have this same foul language but still finds
    some way to get on your console then it makes no one sense. I'm not saying take them off you're your console, but instead of taking action who against people who use foul language go against the ones who falsely report people because there bad at a game.

    Investigations take time. Each report is investigated before an enforcement action is taken.

    Xbox does not advise you of who made the report or when it was made.

    You are not given specifics partly to ensure the privacy and safety of the person making the report.

    Just follow the Code of Conduct, it is that simple.

    The rule of thumb when this happens is to 1) Never respond in any fashion never retaliate (most important rule) 2) Report the player/message 3) block the player

    Reporting system works just fine.

    Doesn't matter who starts it,if you respond in a way that violates the ToU/CoC you risk enforcement action.

    The solution is actually really simple.just report & block anyone sending abusive messages,don't respond.

    Just report & block anyone being abusive at all over xbox live,don't send them abusive messages.

    See how simple that is?

    if you would use common sense you wouldn't have an issue 99.9% of live can get along why can't yiu?

    You should've blocked and report that's all you are allowed to do

    As in life it doesn't matter who starts the fight anyone who breaks the rules will be punished

    You can ask for a case review at https://enforcement.xbox.com but you already admited to breaking the rules

    The report system ain't broken stop breaking the rules its that simple
