    I will say it again, Kinect is not made to spy.

    The Kinect for the 360 was the same.

    You can turn OFF the data collection.

    You can even see what they collected of you.

    They will JUST collect data of you when you play games.

    To see what games you enjoy and why.

    Then some developers can use this info and make games that are more fun for people.

    What is so bad about that?

    Your Xbox One will do EVERYTHING to make you enjoy your time on Xbox.

    THIS is what Kinect is needed for.

    IF you don´t want it, then pause the Kinect and turn off the "Xbox on".

    you will have nothing to worry.

    Okay, I want to ask other thing. I thought that, when I was first setting up the Xbox, it showed me "Optional Data will be collected", something like that, it's like on Windows, when you're Insider, then the Optional Data has to be collected. I don't know how to check if Xbox has an Insider in it. All I know is that during setting up the Xbox, I had no choice, no allowance to change "No Optional Data collected" and something like that.

    How to figure out if Xbox has Insider? If so, how to remove Insider from Xbox?

    Explicit Content is allowed but unable to access it?

    Content control is turned to off so I don't think it could be that.

    My privacy settings is set to adult and the only thing thats listed as "not allowed" are Video and music status, voice data collection and xbox marketing.

    its not that I cant view the data I can and what they are collecting disturbs me every search and site and location and activity even this. my problem is the have a "privacy dash board" with controls and buttons to turn on and off what is collected and
