Hi! Thanks for the response. Buy my problem is that to get the prompt to reset my Ubisoft Club password it gets sent to the xboxlivefamily email, which doesn't let me access any emails sent to it. The alias doesn't get that account's emails.

I've had no luck so far in retrieving the email account (which I'm pretty sure someone else has actually hijacked as when I attempt to recover the password it says it will send it to some random email address I've never seen in my life) so I'll try on the
microsoft forums, but if I can't get the email account back, is there a way I can change the parental account without being able to use it? I'm attempting to access my account settings (settings > account) on my xbox dashboard but it appears as though it
won't let me without accepting the terms of use, so I have no idea what I can do, I can't even look at the accounts or change them without accepting these terms by the looks of it.

Also, the account will be 18 in March next year so when it is am I able to change it to not require a parent account connected without actually having access to that account?

There is no purchase history. Logging onto the microsoft account with my email that I purchased the game on re-directs me to the microsoft account with the email address I'm using now. Which doesn't have a purchase history. I still have the email address that I can access on live.com, and I still have the email that states that I gave permission to the game for my info.

Is there some way to get access back to my game through the email address the game is attached to? Again, if I try to log onto ANY microsoft account using the account the game is attached to I get redirected to an account that does not have the game.
