Xbox one backwards compatibility And XBLA

Still I want BC on the Xbox One so I can play all my Xbox 360 games on it. I don't want to have to spend money on the Xbox Live Arcade to get these games when I already own them.

 

Games I already own for 360 Not getting BC but are getting remade as HD for XBOne.

I'm noticing a worrying trend of games that are already available on Xbox 360 having an HD version made for the XBOne but seemingly without a corresponding BC 360 release. That is old games that I already bought look like they will not get a BC version
in hopes of getting me to re-buy an HD version of a game I already own. For example, Resident Evil 4 and 5. I own both of those, both get new versions and I am stuck with 360 versions I can't play. Bioshock 1, 2 and Infinite getting the HD treatment. I own
all of those, will the 360 versions be made BC? Or what about all of the Batman Arkham games or Skyrim? That's right, I own them for 360, will they get BC when the remastered version comes out? If these games are popular enough to get remade they should be
popular enough to get the BC treatment.

 

I just want the rest of the Call of Duty games because I'm basic.

 

I want Bioshock 1 & 2 and Mafia 2 as well.

 

I can't really think of any games I would go back to other than Shadowrun. It's an MS owned game and if it hasn't come out already I doubt it will.

 

^^Unfortunately Shadowrun is dead now. I would like The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion to be BC as well.

 

I know Mass Effect 1 is backwards compatible but I wish they would release the Mass Effect 2 and 3. It sucks that Mass Effect 2 and 3 are multi-disc format so that will probably never happen. Maybe Bioware or someone could remaster the trilogy into a 1080,
60FPS Collection like they did for Uncharted and release it. That'll probably never happen either.

There's this game that has like a Ninja in it and is meant to be really hard while having some of the most awesome weapons a combos ever to be in a hack and slash, oh yeah that's right NINJA GAIDEN 2!!!

 

I would also like all Saints Row games to be BC.

 

I want Skyrim more than anything.
