there’s no way to put the password in because no keyboard will show up to pick the letters...

This has happened to my daughter as well when she plays Minecraft and putting up signs. And now because of that, when she tries to go into YouTube or Amazon, and it asks for a password, she is unable to use the keyboard at all! Any time she tries to move
the cursor to get to a different letter or something on the keyboard, it instead moves to "forgot password", which means the controller action isn't moving into the keyboard screen and instead staying with the App.

This needs fixed something fast.

That typically happens when you dont put in the right password

First connect a keyboard

(Easiest way to put a password in)

Then click show password so you dont makr typing mistakes and yes they can happen

You can still make a strong password with less then 16 characters.

For instance just as an example this is how I do most of my passwords

ill use my last name.

capitalize the first letter

before the last letter I will put in the 4 digit house number of the house that I grew up on

put in the last letter

and then put in one of the special characters above the numbers on the keyboard

The only time I may run into a problem is when a site doesnt use special characters then I just leave it off

Make sure, because I have had people do this, that you are putting in the passkey which are the numbers/letters combination and not a password that may have been set up to connect.

The chatpad is terrible for the handful of us that still play Final Fantasy XI. I'm glad this thread is here because I'm going to pick a keyboard up on the way home
